1. TERMS OF USE

By licensing imagery from BC Stock, we hereby grant your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual right and license to use the imagery in any web, social media, internal-use, or other platforms. Broadcast, Cable, OTT, Streaming, and Theatrical use in not permitted under the standard license. Please reach out to our team for an extended license if needed.

2. ADDITIONAL RESTRICED USES

Imagery from BC Stock may not be licensed for the promotion of a political candidate or party without prior approval. BC Stock imagery is also prohibited from use to promote resource extraction ventures, including forestry, mining, aquaculture, commercial fishing, or oil and gas without prior approval.
